We really loved the perfect room that had a traditional Japanese style, along with a video game, plus the extra convenience of a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge.

The super friendly and incredibly welcoming staff all round. A fireplace, central heating, and an iron available in the dormitory room. Amazing service overall.

This hostel is a welcoming and beautifully renovated old house that offers many useful facilities. Location-wise, there is a huge supermarket nearby and the owner, who speaks excellent English, is happy to take guests to different places for a reasonable price. the rooms are comfortable and pristine, with AC available and great internet.

Non-drivers might find the location a little far from restaurants, but the owner offers a rental scooter to help solve this problem.

I had an incredible stay at this traditional Japanese guesthouse on a beautiful island! The owner, Takuya, was an amazing host who went above and beyond for his guests. He took the time to write personalized recommendations for us on a map, ensuring we didn't miss any hidden gems on the island. The house itself was stunning, with a rich history and thoughtful renovations. Takuya even treated us to a traditional tea ceremony in the evening, which added a special touch to our experience. If you're planning a trip to Iki, I highly recommend staying at this guesthouse. It truly was one of the highlights of our trip.
